Who pays for the AI?

You do, with your own Mistral API key: Mistral bills it directly. Felix shows an estimate on the Usage page.

Can my agents see my API keys?

No. Your Mistral and Composio keys stay in Felix’s encrypted store and are never copied into your computer. Agents only see the credentials you give them on purpose (an SSH key, a GitHub token).

Can an agent send an email or push code without me?

Not by default: sending, posting, pushing and other changes outside the agent’s computer wait for your approval. You can choose Always allow for a kind of action, or turn approvals off for one agent.

Do agents keep working when I close the tab?

Yes. Tasks run on the server, not in your browser. Felix can email you when an agent needs you (see Notifications).

Are my files kept?

Yes. Everything under /workspace and each agent’s home folder lives on your computer’s data disk, which survives sleeps, restarts and updates.

Can two agents work at the same time?

Yes. Each agent has its own computer and works on its own; your master agent can hand tasks to several of them.

Can an agent sign in to websites?

Yes, in its own browser. Use Take control to type the password yourself; the sign-in is kept in that agent’s browser profile. Never paste passwords in the chat.

Why did my agent stop with a limit?

One task is limited to 40 actions and 400,000 tokens read. Send a message to continue; the agent has a summary of its progress.

How do I start over with an agent?

New session in the chat header starts a clean conversation; files, instructions and memory are kept. To remove an agent completely, use Details → Delete agent.

Is Felix open source / can I run it myself?

Felix is self-hostable. See Self-hosting.
