Faces and statuses
Every agent is a small cat. All cats share one drawing, so your team looks like a family, and differ in three choices made in the create and Details dialogs:
- Face: Tabby (the striped “M” on its forehead), Siamese (big ears, pale coat with a dark mask, blue eyes), Persian (fluffy head, small ears) or Fold (round face, one ear folded down);
- Colour: Violet, Teal, Amber, Rose, Sky or Lime;
- Pattern: None, Stripes or Spots.
In the roster, the chat header and the room member chips, the cat shows the agent’s mood inside a status ring:

| Starting | its computer is starting, or it waits for a free slot or for a restart | pricks its ears up |
| Trouble | Blocked by an error, or its computer failed | flattens its ears and frowns |
If your system asks for reduced motion, the cats stay still (the raised paw and flattened ears still show).
Status words
Section titled “Status words”The words next to the cat follow the same mood:

| Idle | Ready for a task. |
| Thinking / Working | On a task. |
| Waiting for you | An approval, a credential request or a hand-off waits in its chat. |
| Starting (amber) | Its computer is starting. Waiting for a slot while every agent slot on the server is taken, Restarting while your computer restarts. |
| Blocked (red) | A task stopped on an error. Open its chat to see the error and Retry. |
| Computer problem (red) | Its computer failed. See Troubleshooting. |
| Asleep | Its computer sleeps; a message wakes it. |
